Bankruptcy would be an easier option for consumers under Elizabeth Warren's plan

Democratic presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren released a proposal on Tuesday that would remove some of the stricter rules for bankruptcy filings that were implemented in a 2005 law. Consumers also could discharge student loan debt in bankruptcy, which currently is difficult to do.
