About
Romios presents a significant opportunity for increased shareholder value:

-Extensive gold and copper porphyry style mineralization at its Trek and Newmont Lake Projects within the 'Golden Triangle' of British Columbia, which includes the world-class Eskay Creek, Galore Creek, and Brucejack deposits
-Substantial opportunity for rapid expansion and discovery
-Properties located adjacent to developing infrastructure and extension of the provincial power grid under construction to the northwestern B.C. area.
-Management experienced in exploration, resource development and financing.

Project Highlights:

BC Projects:

Newmont Lake, Golden Triangle B.C:.

-Existing NI 43-101 inferred resource for the Northwest Zone of 1.406 million tones, containing 200,000 oz Au, 6,790,000 lbs Cu, and 291,000 oz Ag.
-Developing NI 43-101 resources for high-grade surface mineralization at the '72 Zone & Telena Zones (new discoveries in 2011), and the Ken Zone.
-District-Scale Preliminary Economic Assessment.
-Located within 15 km of AltaGas' McLymont River hydropower project.

Trek, Golden Triangle B.C:

-Developing NI 43-101 resource at the North Zone.
-Approximately 5.0 km strike-length of mineralization along deep basement structures.
-Located near NovaGold-Teck Resources' Galore Creek project and proposed mill site.

Several Major Exploration Projects in the Golden Triangle Mineral District, British Columbia.
Northwestern British Columbia hosts two of Canada's most significant mineral deposits: Barrick Gold's Eskay Creek Mine and NovaGold/Teck Resources' massive copper-gold-silver Galore Creek Project. In 2011, NovaGold filed a Preliminary Feasibility study for developing the Galore Creek orebody using an MI&I resource of 5.2 million ounces of gold, 82 million ounces of silver and 5.3 billion pounds of copper.

Since late 2004, Romios Gold Resources Inc. has systematically acquired an extensive land position between NovaGold/Teck Resources' and Barrick Gold's properties. Romios' mineral tenures contain many exposures of surface mineralization; continued exploration and development of the mineral potential on these lands has led to the discovery of several mineralized zones and a substantial rise in asset value.

Romios' Project in the Golden Triangle Area comprise surface and subsurface mineralization for over 50 kilometers; including options, this equates to an aggregate total of ~73,000 hectares.

Our most advanced projects include Newmont Lake & Trek, with developing exploration targets at Royce, Porc, and JW.

The Newmont Lake and Trek projects are located near developing infrastructure including: AltaGas' under-construction McLymont River Hydropwer Project (Newmont Lake); NovaGold-Teck Resources' proposed mill site (Trek); and, the provincially-funded extension of the existing power grid into the northwestern B.C area.

Future Galore Creek Area Work Programs:

-Newmont Lake Project: '72 Zone, Ken Zone, and Northwest Zone resource upgrade.
-Trek Property: North Zone 43-101 resource definition and property-wide exploration advancement.
-Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Newmont Lake area to include the existing Newmont Lake Property's Northwest Zone NI 43-101 Inferred Resource, mining infrastructure and access.

Nevada, Quebec, Ontario:

-High-grade Scossa Gold Project represents opportunity for rapid development and low cost production in Nevada.
-Continued drilling and resource development for past-producing La Corne Molybdenum mine site for open pit and rare earth element potential in Quebec.

Ontario Projects:

Lundmark-Akow Lake (approx. 2,751 hectares):

-Located in the centre of the North Caribou Lake greenstone belt in northwestern Ontario..
-Underlain by banded iron formations analogous to those hosting the Musselwhite gold deposits owned by Goldcorp Canada Limited with a NI 43-101 proven and probable reserves of 9.74 million tonnes grading 6.32 g/t and producing nearly a quarter of a million ounces of gold annually.
-Exploration by Romios has identified evidence of widespread gold mineralization.
-A zone of extensive copper mineralization believed to reflect a more massive sulphide occurrence at depth.
-Will resume exploration and drilling as soon as an agreement is concluded with the North Caribou First Nations Community.
